We have spotty cell coverage.  Verizon works the best.

Do the guesthouses has wifi?

Yes, both the B.V. and Arizona Ranch guesthouses have wifi.

What kinds of appliances are in the kitchen?

All the kitchens have a full refrigerator and freezer, an oven, microwave and keurig coffee makers (please bring your own keurig cups).  They all have cups, glasses, silverware, and a limited amount of pots, pans and serving dishes.

Do the guesthouses have tv?

They all have basic sattelite.

Do the guesthouses have bed linens, towels and blankets.

Yes, all the guesthouses have bed linens, pillows, towels and blankets.

What do we need to do before leaving the guesthouses?

All guesthouses have a "leaving" procedure, list and information sheet, telling you what to do with linens, trash, etc..
